About Us
For some of you this will be the first time you have dealt with us and like most
you will want to know who we are and be confident in what we do before you start
to work with us.
DDRC (parent company of DDRMedical) was founded in 2000 and had its beginnings within
the IT sector. The company soon developed and grew from an IT supplier to dealing
with and reselling assets on behalf of lease and finance companies. Due to the success
of its resale of ex lease IT assets DDRC was soon remarking and reselling all types
of assets, which of course included medical equipment.
DDRC is now an established Asset resale specialist having worked with some of Europe’s
largest and most well known leasing and finance companies. These partnerships have
continued to grow and are testament to the successful asset remarketing approach
the company has followed.
Through these partnerships with major leasing companies DDRMedical has dealt with
numerous NHS Trusts and PCT’s, as well as the Private Healthcare sector, in removing,
de-installing and transporting medical equipment around the UK. Our engineers have
helped de-install equipment such as CT and MRI scanners and have enabled the safe
removal and transportation back to our storage facilities at our premises in Greater
Manchester.
